I’ve installed and configured repoguard in order to perform some checkstyle
validations has precommit conditions to our svn server (win 2k8 64bit).

However, when I try to commit a file, i’m obtaining the following message:

Commit failed (details follow):

Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output:

ERROR:repoguard.tools.checker:IOError exception cause: 'Config file not found:
"~\.repoguard\repoguard.conf".'

Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "build\bdist.win32egg\repoguard\tools\checker.py", line 115, in checker

    main_config = RepoGuardConfig(constants.CONFIG_PATH)

  File "build\bdist.win32egg\repoguard\core\config.py", line 60, in __init__

    write_empty_values=True, encoding='UTF-8', interpolation='template'

File "C:\csvn\Python25Lib\site-packagesconfigobj.py", line 1242, in __init__

    self._load(infile, configspec)

  File "C:\csvn\Python25Lib\site-packagesconfigobj.py", line 1254, in _load

    raise IOError('Config file not found: "%s".' % self.filename)

IOError: Config file not found: "~\.repoguard\repoguard.conf".

Given that this is a windows machine, and I’ve created the repoguard.conf file
in the hooks folder, it appears that there’s something wrong with repoguard,
given that "~\.repoguard\repoguard.conf" appears to be a linux path… :)

Thank you for your time.
